UEP Leaders Step Into Purpose with ‘Elevate Your Presence’ Workshop – April 2025

United Energy Pakistan (UEP) partnered with our team to host ‘Elevate Your Presence’ – a five day leadership workshop designed to spark authentic, self-aware and purpose-driven leadership.

This wasn’t a typical corporate training. It was an intensive, immersive and introspective journey into executive presence, personal brand building, and strategic influence – grounded in the belief that real leadership begins within.

‘Leadership today is not about optics – it’s about alignment’, said facilitator and executive coach Imran Farooqui who led the program alongside Amneh Shaikh Farooqui and Zuhaib Farooqui. ‘Presence isn’t a performance – it’s what emerges when we are clear on who we are, and how we show up’

During the five day event, participants explored how clear, conscious communication bridges the gap between intention and impact. The program blended coaching, self-reflection and practical tools tailored to UEP’s leadership vision.
