Purpose-Driven Leadership at TouchPoint – February 2025

On Thursday, February 27th, The Blue Co partnered with TouchPoint to deliver a full-day Goal Setting workshop for their leadership team at Karachi Marriott Hotel.

More than just professional planning, the session focused on discovering purpose in leadership and life. Through interactive, activity-based learning, participants explored how to lead with clarity and confidence – embracing leadership not as a title, but as a mindset.

‘Leadership isn’t about having all the answers – it’s about creating space for clarity, action, and impact.’ said Amneh Shaikh-Farooqui, one of the lead facilitators. ‘This session was about helping leaders connect the dots between purpose and performance.’
