As a certified Level 2 Master Coach, he specializes in business growth, leadership development, and organizational strategy, guiding businesses towards sustainable success. Imran founded The Blue Co to empower leaders and organizations, helping them navigate complexity, optimize performance, and drive meaningful change.
His expertise spans corporate and executive coaching, business process optimization, and strategic leadership, making him a trusted partner for business growth and innovation.

Amneh is a social entrepreneur and impact leader with over 20 years of experience in gender equality, leadership development, and economic empowerment. Her work champions social change, sustainability and decolonization through authentic storytelling, indigenous knowledge and artistic expression. She is especially committed to guiding women and other people on the margin, to move up the ladder and take a seat at the executive table.
As the founder and CEO of Polly & Other Stories, she is equally committed to helping creative and impact-focussed startups to aim for business growth while retaining their own unique identity.
Amneh is the chair and curator of Women of the World Festival in Pakistan, founder and author of Fearless profiling 50 pioneering women from Pakistan. As an Acumen, IVLP, and Miller Centre fellow, she brings a global perspective on leadership, innovation, and inclusion.

Sara Nisar
Founder and Chief Operating Officer
Sara is a leadership coach, entrepreneur, and creative strategist with over 10 years of experience in design, media, and community building. A gold medalist from the University of Karachi, she has driven impact as manager at Acumen Academy, Pakistan, where she relaunched the Fellows Program and sector-based Accelerators.
She has successfully curated high-impact events, including Women of the World Festival and Super Salt 2018, blending storytelling, marketing, and experience design to drive engagement. With expertise in leadership coaching as well as one-on-one coaching, project management, and creative strategy, Sara helps individuals and organizations amplify their impact and craft compelling narratives.

Nazish is a certified Master NLP Coach and seasoned entrepreneur with deep expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, and women-led businesses. She is the founder of Secret Stash-Pakistan’s top pre-loved fashion platform-and has worked at Unilever and Starcom in marketing and media roles.
A George Washington University alumna, she has been part of global programs including Alibaba’s eFounders Fellowship, and the Global Entrepreneurship Summit. Nazish combines strategic insight with a wellness-focused, value-driven approach to help clients break through barriers and reach personal and professional goals through tailored, transformational coaching.

Fawad is a seasoned financial services leader with 20+ years of expertise in operations, treasury solutions, and sales leadership. As former Head of Corporate Treasury Solutions at Deutsche Bank AG, he led strategic sales growth and built high-performing teams.
