Imran Farooqui

Chief Executive Officer

Imran Farooqui, a distinguished business leader and corporate coach with over 20 years of experience in strategic management, finance, and organizational development, has held influential roles at Procter & Gamble, L’Oréal and METRO.

Beyond traditional roles, Imran leverages his coaching proficiency to inspire and guide teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. His expertise spans leadership, design thinking, and organizational development across functions like finance, supply chain, brand-building, manufacturing, retail, wholesale, distribution, and sales.

Imran holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Finance from McGill University and is a certified Level 2 Master Certified Professional Coach, skilled in building collaborative relationships and driving change. He has held multiple board positions in the past, including HABIB METRO and ECOENERGY where he is also currently involved.

Passionate about coaching, Imran established The Blue Company (Private) Limited, where he has empowered small to mid-sized businesses and coached executives in mid to large organizations for the past three years, fostering sustainable growth and strategic vision. Imran is a recognized authority in corporate and business coaching, known for inspiring, guiding, and empowering organizations to maximize their potential in today’s dynamic business landscape.

She’s a recognized expert in gender mainstreaming, project management, leadership development, economic empowerment, and environmental initiatives. Amneh’s work is defined by her unwavering commitment to amplifying marginalized voices within sustainability, social change, and entrepreneurial ecosystems. She leverages the power of indigenous heritage and knowledge, authentic storytelling, and artistic expression to drive social change. Amneh’s approach operates at the intersection of social justice, gender equality, decolonization, and fashion. She is the Curator of Women of the World festivals in Pakistan since 2016 and the Founder/CEO of Polly and Other Stories, an artisan-focused marketplace. She’s also an Acumen, Miller Center Social Enterprise and IVLP Fellow and author of the book “Fearless,” which profiles 50 remarkable women from Pakistan.

Sara was indispensable in her role as Manager at Acumen Academy Pakistan, where she restarted the flagship Fellows Program and launched sector-based Accelerators. Her strategic vision and operational to build sustainable partnerships significantly expanded Acumen’s impact in the region.

Sara’s portfolio includes successful event curation and execution, with highlights such as the Women of the World Festival and Super Salt 2018. With a skill set encompassing project management, marketing, community building, and experience design, Sara is well-equipped to inspire and coach individuals in leadership, creative expression, and community engagement.
